Is there a free version of Netfiler?

Yes, a free version is available. Please check the pricing page.

Do you plan to support other cloud platforms, apart from Dropbox and Google Drive?

Dropbox and Google Drive are currently the most used cloud platforms in the world. We are actively working to add support for other platforms such as OneDrive, iCloud.

Are the documents to be filed stored on your servers?

No, their final storage is carried out on the platform (s) of your choice, among those offered.

However, we keep the latest documents on our servers for 30 days, for technical support purposes.

Do you have access to the content of filed documents?

In theory, we have access to them, since they pass through Netfiler.

However, our service is provided to you by a Swiss company, abiding to strict Swiss laws on confidentiality, same as the banking industry.

Are there any plans to receive a periodic report of the filing carried out?

Yes, and you will be able to choose how often these reports are generated in your user console. Please check the reporting page (logged users only). See an example HERE.

Can the user configure filing destination?

Yes, using tags (logged users only). See the complete documentation here.
